PANZA Okinawa Safety Rules and Instructions

Participating in Mega ZIP inherent risks that can result in serious accidents if proper safety precautions are not followed.

Please read and fully comprehend the safety rules and instructions given by the staff members.

【Eligibility Requirements】

・Min Weight 25 kg (55 lbs.)/Max Weight 130 kg (286 lbs.)

・Depending on the wind conditions,
guests under 40kg may not be able to participate in the activity.

【The guest is ineligible due to the following conditions】
  • ・Back, neck, lower back, and spinal diseases
  • ・Pregnant
  • ・Intoxicated
  • ・Heart disease/blood pressure abnormal
  • ・Limited mobility
  • ・Unable to hold the Zipline handles with both hands
  • ・Unable to wear harness or helmet
  • ■The person who does not follow instructions or rules will be suspended from using the facility. No refund will be given.
  • ■The company is not liable for any injuries or illnesses caused on the premises.
  • ■Activities may be suspended without notice due to malfunctions, maintenance, weather conditions, or other reasons.
  • ■Please wear comfortable clothes to move.
  • ■Paid parking lot is available on-site at Sheraton Okinawa Sunmarina Resort. Please note that we do not offer discounts or refunds regardless of facility usage.
  • ■All personal belongings, including jewelry, items in pockets, cell phones, and cameras, must be placed in the designated lockers.
