料金改定と宿泊者優先案内により、ご来場いただくお客様へご負担をおかけすることとなり大変心苦しいのですが、今後もお客様に身近で安全なアドベンチャー体験をお楽しみいただけるような施設づくり及びサービスを提供してまいりますので、ご理解くださいますようお願い申し上げます。

シェラトン沖縄サンマリーナリゾートのご宿泊者様を可能な限り優先的にご案内いたします。ご宿泊のお客様は優先的にご体験が可能となりますが、待ち時間が全く発生しないということではありませんのでご注意ください。

ビジターでご来場いただくお客様は、その日の混雑状況に応じて通常よりも長い待ち時間が発生する可能性がございます。チケットを購入していただければ天候等で運休にならない限りはご体験いただけますのでご安心ください。お時間に余裕をもってご来場いただきますようお願い申し上げます。

Revising fee schedule for facility usage and implementing guidelines prioritizing hotel guests

Our company, Project Adventure, operates adventure facilities based on the concept of “bringing adventure experiences to everyone”.

We provide a safe environment and an exciting experience for all of our customers.

We have recently decided to revise our fees of Hotel Guests and start giving priority service to the guests. We apologize for the inconvenience.

We will continue to deliver life-changing adventure experiences for everyone.

◉ Fees revision Mega ZIP (tax included ) 

Hotel guest 1650 yen → 2750 yen

Visitor 2750 yen → 2750 yen ( no change ) 

◉ Priority service to Sheraton hotel guests

We will give priority service to Sheraton Okinawa Sunmarina Resort guests whenever possible. Guests staying at the hotel will have priority access to the experience, but please note that this does not mean there will be no waiting time. 

Visitors may have to wait longer than usual depending on the flow. Please expect extra waiting time and plan your visit accordingly.
