お問い合わせメール不具合についてのお知らせ
7/9〜10 の期間中にメールサーバー障害が発生し、その間のメールが受け取れておりません。
もし当施設へお問い合わせメールをして頂いたのにも関わらず、まだ返信が来ていない場合は該当している可能性がございます。
お客様には、お手数をおかけしていまい大変申し訳ございませんが、お心当たりがある場合は再度メールを頂けるようお願い申しあげます。お客様には、ご迷惑ならびにご不便をおかけいたしましたことを深くおわび申しあげます。
Please be notified that we could not receive any emails during the dates between July 9-10 due to network server problems. If, by any chance, you sent us emails on these dates and have not heard back from us, please send us your inquiry again.
We apologize for any inconvenience that might have been caused, but your understanding is very much appreciated.
